General Assembly

As member of the International Dance Council you are invited to attend the 19th ordinary General Assembly within the framework of the Congress on Ottoman Dance, to be held in Istanbul, Turkey, 24-27 November 2011.

CID does not provide financial assistance for travel or accommodation. You can apply to your country's National UNESCO Commission and to public or private sponsors, on the basis of this invitation. Venue, time and program will be communicated within September 2011.

The present letter constitutes a formal invitation in support for your application to consular authorities for a visa, if required.

En tant que membre du Conseil International de la Danse, vous êtes convoqué/e à la 19ème Assemblée Générale ordinaire, qui se tiendra à Istanbul, Turquie, dans le cadre du Congrès sur la danse ottomane, du 24 au 27 novembre 2011.

Le CID ne pouvant pas prendre en charge les frais de voyage ou d'hébergement, vous pouvez faire une demande auprès de la Commission Nationale pour l'UNESCO de votre pays ou bien auprès d'organismes publics ou privés, sur la base de cette invitation. L'endroit, l'heure et le programme seront communiqués dans le mois de septembre 2011.

La présente convocation peut être utilisée pour soutenir votre demande de visa auprès des autorités consulaires, si nécessaire.
